Catering Request and Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure service quality, proper operational planning, and the availability of products, suppliers, and personnel, the following conditions shall apply to all catering requests placed with Catering El Vuit:

1. Urgent Requests

Service requests received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time will be subject to an urgent service surcharge ranging from 10% to 20% of the total invoice amount, depending on the complexity of the service, product availability, and operational capacity at the time of the request.
Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to an urgent service surcharge of up to 30% of the total invoiced amount.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions shall be binding and applicable to all services requested and confirmed between the client and Catering El Vuit.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations notified between 24 and 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the corresponding quotation or invoice.
Cancellations notified with less than 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery time will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total amount of the corresponding quotation or invoice, due to costs already incurred by the company for purchasing, production, preparation, logistics, and operational planning.
